About West Village Parents:

This is a group for parents to share information about fun things to do, meet other parents, and get advice about raising kids in the West Village and surrounding neighborhoods. Our online message board along with organized playgroups and activities facilitates that connection.

We value mutual respect, support and education, conservation, nutrition and the maximization of resources for parents.  We feel that parenting is a highly personal journey and respect that what might be right for one parent and child may not be right for another.  We strive to provide information in a non-judgmental, positive environment, allowing and encouraging each individual to follow the path that feels best for them.  In the end, we believe that healthy discussion with love and respect will support healthy parenting with love and respect.
